Our team makes every effort to ship orders within 24 hours or less, Monday - Friday. If you place an order before 11 AM PST, we will typically ship your order that same day. Orders placed after the cutoff time will ship the next business day.

When will my order ship?

Hello! I'm Dottie, A YSE ("wise") woman and your ultimate problem solver! 

We accept returns for unopened and unused products within 30 days of shipment. All returns must be authorized by YSE Beauty prior to return. 

Upon receiving your return, our team will issue a refund to your original form of payment, less outbound and return shipping costs. If a returned product is open or used, the refund is at our discretion and may include a site credit.
