When do new points post to my account?Updated 3 months ago

In most cases, you will see new points added to your account immediately after completing the points-eligible action. Points earned for placing an order may take up to 5-7 business days to add to your account. Orders must ship before the points earned are reflected in your account.

At that time, the status of your order will update to “fulfilled” in your Order History and the respective points earned will be listed. In other words, once your order is on its way to you, so are your newly earned points.
