When will my order ship?
Our team makes every effort to ship orders within 48 hours or less, Monday - Friday. If you place an order before 11 AM PST, we will typically ship your order that same day. Orders placed after the cutoff time will ship the next business day.
Which shipping methods do you use?
We ship using several ground carriers, with most ground shipments within the continental U.S. arriving in 3–8 postal days. Please note that e-commerce ground shipping may take 7–12 business days. If you need your order sooner, we offer UPS Overnight
Where do you ship?
We ship within the United States including Alaska, Hawaii and PO Boxes.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, YSE Beauty ships within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and PO Boxes. We hope to have shipping options available for our international customers in the future and recommend signing up for our newsletter to stay updated!
Do you sell in any brick and mortar stores?
At the moment, YSE Beauty is only a direct-to-consumer brand. We hope to retail in stores in the future and recommend signing up for our newsletter to stay updated.
Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
Yes, we are pleased to offer USPS Priority Mail to APO/FPO addresses. Unfortunately, two-day expedited shipping to these addresses is not available at this time.
How can I track my order?
Your order can be tracked using the tracking information provided to you once your order has shipped. If you have not received tracking information, please contact us, and we will assist you in locating your package or provide you with your tracking
