As soon as a package is in the hands of a carrier, we actually only know as much as you do about where it is in the world! We know this kind of delay can be very frustrating, but before you reach out to us, we recommend checking with your local post office for support! If your order is indeed lost, as confirmed by your carrier, we are happy to issue you a replacement or refund.
