We know the anticipation of order delivery all too well! However, we recommend allowing up to 72 hours for your package to show up – even after it has been marked as delivered. Some shipping carriers mark packages as delivered prior to a physical delivery (frustrating, we know!). If 72 hours has passed and your order is still missing, please contact our support team for assistance here.
Please note, once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient. If a package is believed to be lost or stolen, we are happy to file a claim with the carrier. Review and outcome can take up to 30 days or more. If deemed lost in transit, we would be happy to process reimbursement or replacement.

We highly recommend opting into Ship Protect at checkout. This is an optional add-on presented in cart and at checkout that allows you the option to protect your orders against loss, theft, or damage in transit when selected. Claims resolution usually take 24hrs or less and between 1-3 days if further information is required.
