What is your return and exchange policy?Updated 2 days ago

Here at YSE Beauty, we want you to love your skin. We’ve worked with experts to ensure our line is as gentle as it is clinically efficacious. However; we understand that everyone’s face is different and what works for some might not work for others! That's why we offer our Good Face Guarantee: We accept returns and/or exchanges of gently used and unopened products within 30 days of purchase. Simply head to our Returns Center to initiate your order refund, less outbound and return shipping costs. 

All return and exchange requests are reviewed by the YSE Beauty team. Please hold onto your return items until your request has been reviewed and processed, as a product return may be required. If your request is approved, your refund or exchange will be processed and no further action is required. If a return is requested, you will be notified by email providing instructions along with a prepaid return label.

To ensure fairness and consistency for all customers, we reserve the right to decline a return or exchange if a product appears to have been mistreated or if we identify misuse of our return policy.

Please note, exchanges are available for the same product of a different tint and honored if submitted within the the return policy window.
