If you have received a damaged item or if there was a mistake in your order, please inform us right away. You do not need to return the damaged or incorrect item. We will send you a replacement product immediately.

For any incorrect orders, our warehouse team will create a replacement order for you, which will be visible in your account as well as confirmed through an email.
