What should I do if my product's pump is broken upon receipt?Updated 4 months ago

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by a broken pump in one of our products. If you receive a product with such an issue, you can easily request a replacement:

  1. Contact our customer support team and inform them about the issue, providing any necessary details such as your order number and the specifics of the damage.
  2. If you can, please attach a photo or video of the defective item to your message to assist with the replacement process.
  3. Our team will take steps to create a replacement order for you. Once this is set up, you'll receive a confirmation email and, if applicable, find the order in your online account.
  4. There's no need to return the defective item; you may keep it.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Before being sent to you, a new pump or product will be tested to ensure it's working as intended. Once we have arranged for the replacement to be sent, expect an update with tracking information.
